How do I calculate how many panels I need for my wall?
To calculate the quantity, measure the height and width of your wall in meters and multiply them to get the total square footage. We recommend adding a 10% waste factor for trimming and corner cuts.
What is the typical shipping time for large panel orders?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Due to the size and fragile nature of our wall panels, freight delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.
Can your panels be installed in high-moisture areas like bathrooms?
Many of our PVC and stone-composite panels are 100% waterproof and suitable for bathrooms. However, we do not recommend our natural wood slat series for areas with direct water contact or extreme humidity.
What is your return policy if I change my mind?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened and undamaged panels in their original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return freight shipping costs due to the bulkiness of the product.
Do I need professional tools for installation?
Most of our panels are DIY-friendly and can be installed using heavy-duty construction adhesive, a spirit level, and a fine-toothed saw or utility knife for trimming.
Do you offer samples before I commit to a full order?
Yes, we offer sample swatches for most of our textures and finishes so you can test the color and quality in your home's lighting before placing a bulk order.
