Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage the panels in their original protective cardboard and foam to prevent any transit damage, ensuring all hardware is included.
Shipping and Logistics
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the crate or box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned materials for resale quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
